Returns
We do not offer returns of products. Product exchanges within 10 calendar days from the date of purchase are entertained. We do not accept cancellations once an order is placed. When you request an exchange or pickup, we try to offer a pick-up service, but it is not guaranteed. In such cases, we request the customer to ship the return themselves. Discounted products and products marked as Final Sale can not be returned or exchanged once delivered.
All products when leaving the warehouse are checked for quality, though if you did receive something that was damaged upon arrival, please contact us and our team would be happy to help you.
Items that are custom made or listed as a discounted products are not eligible for return.
